Counts

  • Open alerts are the number of alerts still open at the moment.
  • Closed alerts are the number of total alerts already closed over the lifetime of your monitoring.
  • Addresses monitored are the number of addresses actively being monitored within this group.

Weekly transactions and alerts

  • This provides a bar chart for the past three months of transactions, and alert counts aggregated at weekly intervals. When a transaction is scanned with a risk identified per your alert configurations, it will be colorized according to its risk severity level.
  • The other categories include all other transactions excluding the risky ones.

Alerts Summary

  • The alerts summary shows the number of alerts by severity level. The pie chart reflects the number of alerts that are open versus closed, giving you insight into your overall alert queue.
  • The latest alerts are shown to help you tackle your newest reviews.
  • To view all alerts, click ‘View all alerts’ to open the alerts page, which is under the ‘Real-time monitoring’ and ‘Alerts’ tab.

Addresses with risk changes

  • This table shows the addresses that have changed their overall risk score.
  • It is important to check on this table periodically to determine if any of the addresses had a sudden risk score change, which implies the address(es) may have engaged in risky transaction behavior, such as interacting with a sanctioned or blocked party. Address with risk changes
