Real time monitoring (“RTM”)

  • The Real-time Monitoring (RTM) feature is present in every monitoring group. It tracks transactions and alerts based on the monitoring group’s alert settings, triggered by the group’s monitored addresses’ on-chain activities, such as transactions or transfers.
  • Under the overview tab, a high-level overview of real-time monitoring can be viewed weekly. By hovering over the weekly bar, you should be able to view each week’s transactions and alerts.
  • In-depth alerts and transaction details can be found under the “Real Time Monitoring” tab.

Transactions

  • Under the “Real Time Monitoring” tab > “Transaction” tab, you may view the group’s addresses’ transaction volume trend in the past one day, one week, one month, or three months via the bar graph.
  • Below the graph is a corresponding table that provides more details about each transaction and its potential risks.

Alerts

  • BSimilar to the RTM Transactions, under the “Real Time Monitoring” tab > “Alerts” tab, you may view the group’s addresses’ alert volume trend in the past one day, one week, one month, or three months via the bar graph.
  • BBelow the graph is a corresponding table that allows you to view more details about each alert.
  • BClick each alert row to view alert details.

Actioning Alerts

  • Go to the end of each row. Click on the Select status dropdown to select an action to either mark the alert, escalate it, or simply dismiss it.
  • If you select “Mark under view,” the alert will be shown with a status of “Under review.” As such, your teammate will know you are working on this alert.
  • If you select “Escalate to investigation case,” a case popup appears. An investigation case will be created based on the address that triggered this alert. One address can only have one open case at a time. When an address has an open case, for the next alert, the alert would be auto-added to that address’s open case. This ensures that the current case investigator is promptly informed of new alerts associated with an address already under review within their open case. Cases for a particular address can be found in Investigation Cases on the left navigation pane.
  • If you select “Dismiss,” a popup will appear, allowing you to add an optional note for documentation purposes.
